NIH/FDA Partnership
The NIH and the FDA have announced a partnership aimed at advancing innovations to the public, specifically it is, "designed to accelerate the process from scientific breakthrough to the availability of new, innovative medical therapies for patients." The collaboration, which combines translational science and regulatory science, will "turn biomedical discoveries into products that benefit people."
