Emory University's Research and Health Sciences IT Division is evaluating form-based data capture tools and software. Below is the link to a short, anonymous survey that will be used to gather information from research team members to help prioritize specific software features that meet your needs. If you are involved in any type of research using case report forms and databases for data collection (clinical research, epidemiological surveys, program evaluation, etc.) your input is appreciated. You can be involved at any level of data collection, study planning, study coordination, analysis or be a primary or co-investigator to participate in this survey.
