IRB Reciprocity and IP/Technology Transfer Protocol Agreements
An important initiative of the ACTSI has been to enhance efficiency, breakdown administrative barriers, and accelerate the pace of quality science, IRB reciprocity and collaboration among ACTSI institutions and Atlanta partners. The ACTSI has been able to achieve expanded IRB reciprocity across all ACTSI partner institutions. Additionally, ACTSI has also been working to ensure Material Transfer Agreements, Intellectual Property (IP) agreements (between Emory and Georgia Tech, and Emory and Children’s IP sharing agreements), and other cooperative agreements.
