Directions to the Emory University Hospital Clinical Interaction Site
The CIS main entrance is located on the Ground Floor / H-Wing (at the back entrance to the hospital, across from the bakery).
From Interstate 85:
Exit 91, Clairmont Road (turn left onto Clairmont if coming from the north, turn right if coming from the south). Follow signs to Decatur. Drive 4/5 miles on Clairmont Road(to North Decatur Road, turn right on North Decatur Road, go 1 mile to Clifton Road, turn right on Clifton Road, hospital and ambulance entrance is 100 yards on the left. Visitor parking is 100 yards on the right.
From Interstate 75:
I-75 joins with I-85 in Atlanta. Proceed off I-75 onto I-85 north. Stay on I-85 to exit 91. Then read directions above.
From Interstate 285:
Get off at exit 39A, Hwy. 78-Stone Mountain Freeway, heading towards Decatur. Continue on Scott Boulevard to North Decatur Road, which is about 2 miles from where I-285 and the Stone Mountain Freeway intersect. Turn right onto North Decatur Road, go 2 miles to Clifton Road, turn right on Clifton Road. Hospital and ambulance entrance is 100 yards on left. Visitor parking is 100 yards on the right.
From Interstate 20:
Take Moreland Avenue exit 60 heading north. After 2 miles Moreland Avenue turns into Briarcliff Road. Continue on Briarcliff Road to North Decatur Road (approximately 1 mile). Turn right and take North Decatur Road to Clifton Road. Turn left onto Clifton Road. Hospital and ambulance entrance is 100 yards on the left. Visitor parking is 100 yards on the right.
From the Airport:
The airport is off I-85. The airport is south of Atlanta, so drivers will be traveling north on I-85. Drivers use those directions as stated above. Many patients and visitors want to know about public transportation. It is about a 12-mile ride to Emory University Hospital by taxi. There are also limousine services that will carry patients and visitors from the airport to the hospital on request. Buses and hotel courtesy vans are also available from the airport to various hotels in the metro Atlanta area. Personnel at the airport public transportation area can direct inquirers to the correct bus or van loading area.
